Michael Washburn - President
Michael Washburn is the Food and Beverage Segment Leader and a senior consultant at Antea Group. Antea is a global environmental services consulting company. Michael provides support and leadership to a consulting team working with the world’s largest food and beverage companies on a range of services. This includes helping companies address sustainability related challenges as well as reducing pollution and keeping their workers safe on the job.
From 2011 - 2013, Dr. Washburn worked at Nestlé Waters North America, most recently serving as the firm's vice president for sustainability. Prior to joining Nestlé, Dr. Washburn spent 15 years working in conservation not for profits and universities on issues of sustainable forestry, land conservation, green building, and conservation leadership. During this period he held senior positions at The Wilderness Society and the Forest Stewardship Council- US, where his work advanced the adoption of independent forest-certification and product labeling programs.
Dr. Washburn received his BS in Environmental Studies and MS in Forest Resources Management from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, and a Ph.D from Penn State in Forest Policy. While serving on the faculty at Penn State and later the Yale School of Forestry, he was an advisor to the USDA Forest Service.

Judi Holley - Treasurer
Judi is a retired federal employee who has been involved in the Combined Federal Campaign since the 1980s. In addition to her extensive work with CFC federations, she has been a CFC donor and a local CFC volunteer.
Judi's experience leading CFC federations began in the 1990s, when she was a board member and president of Do Unto Others (DUO) – a federation representing international emergency relief, development and humanitarian charities. During her tenure as DUO's president, she participated in the National CFC Committee as the designated representative of her federation. She currently serves on the boards of several CFC federations.
Judi is a long-time participant in non-profit organizations in her home state of Washington. These activities include the Governor's Advisory Council for Vocational Rehabilitation; the Criminal Justice Training Commission; South Puget Sound Cultural Diversity Coalition; several local charities focusing on immigrant education, employment and housing; and the Pierce County Sheriffs Advisory Board.

Mary Nokes - Secretary
Mary has over 25 years of marketing and sales experience in both non-profit (National Mental Health Association and Project HOPE) and for profit (pharmaceutical, publishing, hospitality, retail, legal services, and education) markets. Most recently, she was director of marketing for the Workplace Giving Alliance with which MRC is affiliated.
Co-founder of a fine-art poster-publishing firm that she ran for ten years, Mary traveled both nationally and internationally for new product ideas as well as for business development. She enjoyed publishing both new artists as well as classic images from the great museums such as the Smithsonian, The Phillips, and Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
Mary lives in Alexandria, VA. She earned an MBA in Marketing from Regis University, Denver, CO. Her BA in Education is from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN.
